At The Alchemist Collective, we take great care in packaging our plants to ensure they arrive at your doorstep safely. Each order is carefully wrapped and secured to withstand the journey. However, once your package leaves our hands and is handed over to the carrier, we can no longer control its handling or environmental conditions during transit. 
By placing an order,  you acknowledge that shipping is undertaken at your own risk. While we are happy to assist with any concerns, we cannot be held responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by the carrier. If an issue arises, we encourage you to reach out to the shipping provider directly.
